Here, in our country they are so typical! You could visit one of them during the Cider Season, since Januari until April, despite some of them are opened every single day. The following cider house, for example, is called "Lizeaga", and it is located in Astigarraga (in a small village of Gipuzkoa).

During the year, the variety of food on this type of restaurant , varies dipending on the Cider House that you visit. However, in a Cyder Season the menu of most of them, is reduced to the following plates:

On the other hand, there is the cider: The alcoholic drink made by apples. During de year is offered in battles, however, in Cider season , people use to do "Txotx", that it to say: drink directly from the barrel.
